All financial transactions on vippp are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). vippp supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your account status and the outcome of KYC verification.

Deposits are credited to your vippp account balance in real time, subject to payment processor confirmation. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions; however, enhanced due diligence may apply to deposits above certain thresholds as part of vippp's fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering obligations.

Withdrawal requests are processed after mandatory KYC identity verification has been completed on your account. Players who have not completed KYC will not be able to withdraw funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices. vippp reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the account balance.

vippp does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside vippp's control. Players are advised to consult their bKash, Nagad, or bank documentation for applicable fee schedules.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all vippp promotional offers:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who have completed account registration and, where applicable, basic KYC verification.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times via the same or different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be stated in the specific promotion terms (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x the bonus amount). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period.

As a registered player on vippp, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one vippp account, whether under your own identity or a fictitious identity, is strictly forbidden.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk betting strategies, pattern wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, or use of promotional funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Use of automated tools: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated tool to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit game mechanics is prohibited. All play on vippp must be conducted manually by the account holder.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino games, or sports betting markets is strictly prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile money provider after funds have been legitimately deposited and wagered on vippp is a breach of this Agreement and may constitute fraud.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC, or impersonating another individual, is strictly prohibited.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of any technical error, software malfunction, or incorrectly posted odds to place bets at prices that are manifestly incorrect. vippp reserves the right to void bets placed under such circumstances.

You agree to notify vippp immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any error in your account balance, or any technical malfunction that may affect the integrity of your bets or game outcomes.

vippp operates a strict minimum age policy. No person under the age of 18 years may register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on vippp.app. This policy is non-negotiable and is enforced rigorously through our Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process.

All players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal. KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) showing your full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).

No winnings will be paid out to a player confirmed to be under 18.

vippp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity in connection with the use of vippp.
• The player is under the age of 18.
• The security or integrity of the account has been compromised.
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion order from vippp or any affiliated platform.
• The player has initiated unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email as soon as reasonably practicable. During the suspension period, deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity will be restricted. Following investigation, the account will either be reinstated, subject to conditions, or permanently closed.

Players may voluntarily request the closure of their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within seven (7) business days.

While we strive to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to vippp.app, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors, downtime, or interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to internet service provider issues, server maintenance, payment processor outages, or force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vippp's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your vippp account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. vippp shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the records held by vippp's servers shall be the definitive record for the purposes of resolving the dispute. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within seventy-two (72) hours of the settlement by contacting [email protected] with the relevant bet reference number and a description of the issue. Disputes raised outside this window may not be investigated.

vippp will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. Where a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication with our support team, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution service at the discretion of vippp. This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
