Financial Transaction Data: Every deposit and withdrawal made on vippp generates a financial transaction record. Technical & Device Data: When you access vippp.app, our servers automatically collect certain technical data, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type (desktop/mobile/tablet), referring URL, pages visited, session duration, and click-path data. This data is collected via server logs and cookies as described in Section 04.
Communications Data: If you contact vippp via email ([email protected]) or live chat, the contents of that communication, including your name, contact details, and the subject matter of your query, are retained. This allows us to track ongoing issues, maintain support quality, and fulfil legal obligations to retain certain communications.

How We Use Your Data

Data Sharing & Third Parties
vippp does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for their own commercial or marketing purposes. This is an unconditional commitment. However, in order to operate the platform and deliver services to you, vippp works with a limited number of trusted third-party service providers. Personal data is shared with these parties only to the extent necessary for them to perform their specific function.
The categories of third parties with whom vippp may share your data are as follows:

Data Security & Retention
vippp takes the security of your personal data seriously and implements a range of technical and organisational measures designed to protect it against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. Key security measures include:
- All data in transit between your browser and vippp.app is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocols. Our SSL certificate is maintained and renewed without lapse.
- Passwords are hashed using a cryptographically strong one-way algorithm. Plain-text passwords are never stored in any vippp system or database.
- Access to systems holding personal data is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. Staff members can only access the categories of personal data necessary for their specific role.

Your Privacy Rights

Children & Minors
vippp is strictly an adults-only platform. No person under the age of 18 years is permitted to register an account or use vippp's services. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age.
If vippp becomes aware, or has reasonable grounds to suspect, that an account has been registered by or on behalf of a person under 18, that account will be suspended immediately. All data associated with that account will be reviewed, and where it is confirmed that the user is a minor, the data will be deleted except where retention is required to fulfil legal obligations arising from the investigation. Any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method.
